Mark Carroll

Mark Carroll has been on the board of the Lao Advancement Organization since January 2003 and has been a volunteer with the agency since the summer of 2002. In addition to his board duties, Mark works with ELL students, provides homework assistance, assists with citizenship classes, and occasionally cooks a meal for the Saturday program.

Mark is a 1991 graduate of St. Cloud State University with master's degree in biology. Mark has had a life long interest in the Vietnam Conflict, which was one factor in bringing him to LAO America. He is currently the warehouse manager for the Paper Depot Inc. in Minneapolis.
